CUST has no experience in this industry, no employees to develop or support. And now it turns out that even their product, which has to be seen yet, has been already stolen by competition.

I think you are making a lot of assumptions here. Not the least of which is how much experience is available and what may or may not have been stolen...CUST is taking the prudent steps to force a company to think twice before they hand over proprietary info to VRSN.

Why do you want to pay boatload of money for something that you haven't seen yet, from someone who has no experience or credibility in this industry?

Interesting comment....VRSN is nervous as all get out, even willing to consort with CPTH,(possibly for no other reason than to find out what the new guy is up to) and you claim they have no credibility... Does not follow.

So let me ask you, "Why do you want to short a company that may have a better mouse trap, is in a rising trend and has done a bang up job so far in getting community attention? I have yet to see any informed reasons for shorting, merely pejorative remarks about Joseph Charles, Weinstein, Cook...etc. Unfounded remarks, but freely given...

Shtirlitz, don't jump to a conclusion, who stole from whom is yet to be seen.

Tom

CUST is in. What you said, is like what IBM said to Gates, and what XEROX PARC (Parc Place) said to Steve Jobs, and thats no little soft bite out of a rotten apple. They didn't feel threatened by these startups with little or no experience either. (Pirates all)
This is a growing market, and it needs what they have, its patented,
if stolen, thats infringement...I haven't heard about the theft, but would like to know more about that, in a $350 Million market, there is plenty of room for CUST to get 1%, 1% is all that VRSN has anyway.
I am not talking about 10, 20, 30 percent, 1% is enough, $90 will be enough for me too. I also have rearely seen stock certs, usually i buy in street names, so unless your a gold bug, you don't really see any of any of this stuff anyway. Just your bank statement.
I am,
Truly yours,
