WINTER PARK, Fla., May 27 /PRNewswire-- Federal Trust Corporation's (Nasdaq: FDTR) President and CEO, James Suskiewich announced today that its subsidiary, Federal Trust Bank, entered into an agreement with Online Resources & Communications Corporation of McLean, Virginia, under which the Bank will provide Internet and remote banking services. Account holders will also be able to transfer funds between their accounts with Federal Trust and other financial institutions and pay bills electronically. We intend to add more products and services that will allow us to compete for customers on a nationwide basis so that we can take full advantage of our federal-thrift charter powers."
