Hmm. Just got back from a lovely 18 holes. Gorgeous weather. The NAZ, to my great surprise, has not crashed.

Volume is amazingly low.. I guess everyone has left early for the long weekend.

The downward pressure is still there. Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE on this thread who plays the internuts has stated they are buying on margin right now, or are already at margin limits. That is a recipe for a staggering downturn.

The end, amusingly, will by definition occur when "buying the dip" doesnt work anymore. I don't believe there is a single internut investor who hasnt been brainwashed into buying the dips at all costs. People on these threads werent complaining about losing 48 percent of their portfolio's value, they were all complaining that they didnt have any extra cash or margin so they could buy the dips!!

You are right, I am way behind the times. When he was rooting for a rally in the net
stocks yesterday I thought the worst.

Cap,

As you know, you and I did the same with AMZN last year. I believe we both lost touch with reality then and never gained it back:-)
