Earlier comments this week indicated that Rambus was the subject of all sorts of conversations in the Far East technical community. When you read the articles which have been posted in the past few days it is easy to see why. The question on everyone's mind has to be not "can I get away without utilizing Rambus technology" or "can I get away for another two years with SDRAM 133", it now has to be "what is my avenue to adopt this technology and how fast can I do it."

This is the strongest vote of confidence from Intel we could hope for.

Ian,

Unfortunately, the market had almost 2 hours to react to this news and RMBS did nothing. Maybe it was another case of "the small investor was the last to know" and was the reason for the strength this week.

I bought more today, but ready for continued volatility. Alpine heights is right because after every mountain, there is a valley only hoping to see a bigger mountain in the distance!
