Auric - just thought you would want to know that the private placement of 400,000 shares at $5 was with a group that doesn't throw money around lightly. Anyone who says that this type of investment after the company originally sold 1,000,000 shares for $1 is blind. There was no reason for these people to lay down $2,000,000 of good money if they were not confident this stock is going to move. When Carroll Shelby roles the prototype out of his facility in California the internal combustion engine will be forever changed and the world will be a better place because it will have a legitimate option for the first time in decades. When you take into consideration that Carroll Shelby is involved, Lee Iococca is indirectly involved through Unique Mobility ties, and the future is bright for prototype/hybrid vehicles, this little company is here to stay. Buy, Buy, Buy before the chance goes bye, bye. Have a good memorial day.

If that is so ask Mr. Shelby about some of hir prior ventures outside of Auto building. It is not a pretty picture. He's a legend in racing and car building using other people's already developed engines. Figure out the difference here. It is sad that he has besmirched his name by associating with these cirus touts.
