Yeah, Pete, PAIR is a rumored buyout. It has been hyped, hoped, and hipped so much that most of us here are pretty jaded about it. The officer selling seems to have little to do with the performance of the stock, but you're on your own for whatever conclusions you want to draw. My opinion is that most insider option exercises are just considered as part of their salary, not as an indication of any particular future events.

Wanna buy some options? I just happen to have a few extras...

Thanks for the PM.

I'm not the best guy to ask about entry points on this stock, Pete. I recommend you follow the thread for a while and see what you think. It is an "emotional" stock and seems to respond to its own drummer rather than any predictible (to me, anyway) pattern.
