I did not say "diplomatic", I said that I was the "cleanest". I have had recurring arguments with JLA about his behavior, but as I said long ago, I am not the thread nanny, and if I could be friendly to Schuh when he reciprocated, I can be friendly to JLA on the same terms. I have repeatedly given you the justification for suspending Schuh, and why I consider his behavior the worst on the thread, so I will not bother to re- iterate. When I made the remark, I was merely stating a fact which I thought you should weigh in your decision. No, JLA is not immune to the rules, but the rules have a good deal of latitude in their interpretation...
