Kabila Ministers, Mobutu Generals Arrive In Kampala
FOUR Kabila ministers led by the influntial justice minister, Mwenze Kongolo, Friday arrived in Uganda to hold talks with President Yoweri Museveni, sources confirmed Saturday.

At the same time, ten Mobutu army generals and up to 20 colonels and other lower officers led by Gen. Philemon Barimuto and Gen. Eluki have also arrived in the country ready to join the Congolese Rally for Democracy (RCD) rebels under the leadership of Prof. Ernest Wamba Dia Wamba.

In the Kinshasa delegation is Kabila's minister for economy and industry, Mr. Saloana Bemba, father of Jean Pierre Bemba who heads the Congolese Liberation Movement (MLC), which occupies a large territory in northern Congo.

There was no official comment on the motive of the Kinshasa delegation, but sources said they were scheduled to meet President Yoweri Museveni. Sources said the Kinshasa delegation flew in unexpectedly.

Sunday Vision has learnt that Kabila's Chief of Security was in the delegation.
