Kim, Regarding SEC. by: MountainNetCom (35/M) YAHOO Message #830 of 872 What were they primarily asking about? The press releases? The floorless debenture? Did it sound like they were going to take serious action against management. More details please. I wonder who started the SEC investigation? Thanks ahead. My take is that he is producing material for other investigators to research. Investigations are confidential and I will never know the status. When/if the SEC takes action only then will we become aware of it. The promising thing is that he called me, I did not call him. Therefore, I must conclude that the SEC is interested. My thoughts are that this should be a consideration for short term investors (the pump and dumpsters) but investors who are long could see benefits. The adage, "The Wheels Of Justice Turn Slowly . . ." come to mind. However, I have not asked if it would be appropriate to publish his number. If you would like you may call or e-mail me to discuss your concerns to make sure redundant information is not forwarded or you may have pertinent information which otherwise might be overlooked. If RB continues the stock will reach below 5 cents. I think he will try and guess where my buy limit will be, but only with new and unrelated management?
