I have been on line for a little over two years ... I have good ones and I have bad ones.. I get in on the floor and if it is not on the floor I do DD on it to see if it is worth the gamble... When the DD and TA shows it has potential I get in even if it has been front loaded. A lot of mine do not go anywhere real quick which is fine with me and yes I have to average down. Recently I have put together a database of all the tickers (NYSE, NASDAQ and AMEX along with my OTC) and now I track the news. Tracking news plus having done some basic DD will keep you from getting nailed. I like MVEE based on their last news release and the trading log. It is clear they are moving forward with their business plan. :-) GB
