Susie, I have not read or heard any official statement from the company (TSIG) regarding a meeting or Dr. Frankel's appointment to the BOD. Have you? I believe someone stated that there was supposed to be a meeting today and an announcement to follow immediately after the appointment. I have seen nothing. SOS with this company. Have a great Memorial Day Weekend.

Without the PR as proof, which maybe they wanted to wait for Tuesday to release it, I understand the meeting took place and Marty was appointed and he accepted.
