Strong volume and WORC in the .30's again is nice to see. The CBSMarketWatch.com spot on 5/28 probably has much to do with this and the fact that many investors frequent MarketWatch for news and more than likely see a lot of potential in Sacramento SWIM pilot program developing into major SWIM deal. I believe with the Y2K problem many Utility companies face, that many companies are going to be making upgrades to Y2K compliant software as opposed to trying to fix millions of lines of code if they havnt already. I watched a program on Y2K problem and many companies and government agencies did not score well on the Y2K watchdog report card which means they were not yet Y2K compliant. With just 6 months to go I would guess they need to upgrade as opposed to trying to fix or patch the code because there just isnt enough time and what better reason to get SWIM(pen)software which is head and shoulders above all other technology and the only system allowing for mapping entire infrastructure and access of stored mapped information via portable computers all of which are Y2K compliant.
