Who are those brigades fighting against?.. Civlian Kosovars! So far two parallel wars has been going on. NATO against Serbians, and and Serbians agaisnt civilian Kosovars, i.e.KLA. I did say that neither diplomacy nor bombing will be effective unless an invasion-capable ground force is deployed>> Correct! He respects force and show of force will change his mind. This is the reason that Carter Admin. abandoned a friendly Shah in favor or a hostile Khomeini! IF not Iranian Azerbaijan would have gone to Russians, and would have gotten Russians too close to the Persian Gulf and the world major supply of Petroleum.

To Steven Rogers and All, just heard a great news on RAI-1, that is the official voice of Italain government! The Italian ambassador to Belgrade (that was recalled to ROme 60 days ago for consultation and is back in Belgrade) has been told by the Serbian foreign ministery that they now fully agree to Chenomyerdin's Nato terms, including NATO led force and withdraw of Serbian armed forces! A agreement is due to be officially signed by the end of next week! I don't know what to think of this!
