Is this a matter of Datek or the 3rd party who handles the transacions?

Btw, today I managed to funnel through a buy order 7 seconds before the market close and it executed in 3 sec, done from Europe.
This is new low score. Now, that's real fast. Ok, I use cable internet, no more dialup sice yesterday which is also quite an improvement.
