John, you assume that the customer will wait three months for a product from Lanier instead of buying from its competitors. That could affect shareholder value and EDIG/Lanier relations. However, if EDIG is as good as they claim, Lanier doesn't have a choice. They will have to continue to work with EDIG no matter what the short term affect is.
