Mark, <<patent was applied>> I understand that Lett told the shareholders meeting that a patent was pending and he expected it to clear in the next few months. However, chemical process patents are some of the easiest patents to find work arounds. It may have little actual value and could even teach others the process. I look forward to seeing it.

Austin Lett mentioned it at the AGM. I don't remember when it was applied for but I seem to remember that he said it was due to be granted around July.
