Chuca et al - I seriously want to thank all of you for your responses to my fretful plea. Your posts did two pleasant things for me: 1) They let me ease up on the feeling that I was crazy; and 2) They pumped back some faith in MMU's hopes for the future. This thread it top-grade! gsm

News: ( maybe just information. ): Marum Resources Inc - Marum plans to complete private placement Marum Resources Inc MMU Shares issued 25,472,616 1999-05-31 close $0.11 Tuesday Jun 1 1999 Mr. Richard Boulay reports The company plans to complete a private placement consisting of up to 2,750,000 units at 10 cents per unit. Each unit will consist of one share and one warrant entitling the holder to acquire an additional share of the company for a two-year period at 11 cents per share. Up to 50 per cent of the units will be designated as flow-through units. No commission or finder's fee will be payable. The private placement will be subject to the approval of the Alberta Stock Exchange. Proceeds from the private placement, $275,000 if fully subscribed, will be used for exploration activities and working capital.
