It is an extremely valuable piece of real estate (to coin a fraze) and many many folks are interested in it for may many reasons. Sprint however, could pick up new customers for earthlink while enhancing earthlinks prospects with telephony. Also, Sprint, could be the wireless connection for net2phone that we have all been wondering about. The rumors of them buying the company though for mid 30's are hogwash IMO.
