Question - If I sell stocks and free up money, does wit consider it at available funds (for pricing next day) in deciding to allocate IPOs or not. Or they only consider the money if it has settled?Has any body sold stocks and got allocation the next day even before settlement.
I know it works for etrade.

Mysteriously when I wire, it shows up as trading balance and goes to money market only after 3 days?
