Any buyer can buy up the shares on the open market or with a tender offer. Mid-30's would probably bring the shares in.

Howard Jonas owns 2/3 of the shares. He controls the price the stock will get taken out at, if at all.

Jones, Jonas controls about 2/3 of the shares. Nothing gonna happen unless he wants it. Forget about the shares on the open market.
