It's confusing because on the one hand they compete in broad(narrow)casting, but at the same time ITVU supports RNWK's Real Player as well as MSFT's Windows Media Player (although with preference now to the latter). But I know at least one company that is moving its broadcast hosting from RNWK to ITVU. Since RealPlayer is a freebie that means ITVU competes with RNWK on hosting, an important revenue source.
