It might be...they were negative a lot more than that earlier on today...must have bought at the end.

CC Was buying more than they Sold Very good sign today.
Greenline sold well over 120,000 as the small guys are still getting out while the big players are buying.
Like I said this is not the time to be selling by the end of next week
Winspear will be in new highs somewhere between 6 and 7 bucks.
