Rick,
You could be right about Cisco or IBM being the suitor with the potential contract as bait to close the deal. It appeared that someone sold a lot of shares this past week. Both RG Capital and James Scibelli own 1,480,000 shares each. Both filed a form 4 reporting sales of 200,000 shares each in April. I wonder if one of them was involved in the sale of shares this past week. So far, no other form 4's have shown up.
