Well, he isn't being sued by the IEEE, in fact he mentions the IEEE again. In fact, he appears to be using Business Wire to advertise his website and services. Is his product actually available ? Can someone lose money by reading his release. If Mr. Abolafia had a little box to take your name and Email address, surely he would be sued ??????
