ET,

CHRZ is in the position where it could elicit a buy signal from 2 distinct activities.
The most opportune would be from a pullback to the low 15s followed by a strong volume move to start it back up. In this case it would very likely set up obvious divergence in advance of volume verification in any of several indicators (8 dRSI and/or 7, 3, 10 stochastics and/or MACD and/or certain SMI stuff and/or 5 or 8 day CCI).
The other activity would be the most "exciting" for anyone already long. This would entail a strong volume move over the mid to upper 18s.
The fact that CHRZ has put itself in a position to signal a buying opportunity from 2 different dynamic possibilities is quite positive IMO.

In fact, CHRZ pretty well mirrors the overall market here in that respect. A drop to "seriously" retest the Dow move from just under 10,000 would set up the most opportune buying window.
On the other hand, since the stochastics on the averages show little deterioration, a break to the upside on volume at any time going forward from here would also be something which should command attention.
