1) It is my turn, as many have already done, to thank you for the education you gave the uneducated (me) over the past weeks and months...Very helpful and much appreciated.

2) In your #2840 (I think), you state:
"This prospect has substantial remaining risk."
I understand one risk to be the size of the resource which will remain unknown for quite a while.
What are other substantial risks, if any? (No need for a lot of details; a few one liners will do).
