The Small Canadian exchanges are tightening the rules for companies (because of scams) and now allot of these penny stock companies are going to the US OTC. Fact is most mining plays will never find anything that would be economially viable. Some good guys to follow (they have a nose for scams): Member 2894769 Member 3735787 Member 1115520 As well as A@P. They can give you ALLOT of links that can help you investigate before you buy. Due Diligence is more than calling the company. Most promoters tell you what you want to hear. They know what buttons to press. I have only 3.5 years in the market, bought allot of penny stocks, so far my stock market tuition is around the 40 grand mark, that doesn't include paper losses. I own one BB stock and it will be the last. (First and Last BB stock I will ever own) PS. I know absolutely nothing about this stock, I'm just posting my two cents. In my opinion.
