Tom, Perhaps I didn't understand your question. I went to the character map...selected a code (symbol) it came up in the top box...I tried clicking copy and nothing happened...so I Highlighted the symbol and cut and pasted it to SI... I need to still play with it...but appreciate you pointing out that little trick to me!! My sister is a computer systems technician...and she reads ALL the manuals for every piece of software...I just go on instincts after all these years...so I am missing even the basics of Windows most of the time. Then I act amazed when I discover these little tidbits that would have been so helpful all these eons! Mary
