yup, they do. That's why Goldman and Z Capital both took major equity stakes this year.

I am no oracle either! And I agree, if WITC offering were based solely on their on-line trading unit, it would be very weak. However, I think this only represents about 15% of their revenue. They are primarily an investment banker, and have been doing fairly well.

I guess a good question is what direction will they funnel their windfall from the IPO.
