Cowpoke, sorry, at this point I like STRU a lot, but that post of yours has me, to use some Metalspeak,

ROTFMAOAATYOURLAMEATTEMPTTOSCAREONEWITHMOREBRAINCELLSTHANYOU

I'd like to see that bashing "report" of yours. Tim spoke his mind nothing more. Your post, IMO, does more to scare people than his.

And seriously, this post of yours,

Message 9797049

scares the crap out of me, it's just too close, to another cowboy, on another thread, and I'm not the first to say that here.

I hope I'm wrong, and you're just overly zealous, but if I'm right, goodbye, you do more damage than good.

Apology in advance if I'm wrong, but I calls 'em as I sees 'em,

Best regards,

Jim

There is nothing wrong with bashing a stock. He has legitimate concerns about STRU. The only thing wrong is none of them have been able to come up with anything that has convinced me yet.
It does have a tattered past. It does have a lot of excess baggage.

Now it is up to new management to prove to the investment community that this is a real story with a real future and not some well orchestrated pump and dump.

Managment and the company are under a microscope to succeed.

Everything we have been told by new management has been promises up to this point.

1. "We have huge (siginificant) news that will push us past $1.00.

Ok, I will give you the benefit of the doubt and wait to see the
news. I, along with the rest of the investment community will
decide for ourselves how significant the news is and at that time
decide to sell or buy more.

2. "We are new management, with a new company, with no debt,
financing in place, getting broker support, and no pending
litigation against the new company."

Ok, I will give you the benefit of the doubt and wait to see how
things develop and judge by the news and see how you handle the
marketing and business of the company.

3. "We are seeking to be fully reporting by no later than August and
getting listed on the Nasdaq as early as possible. We are aiming
for September 1999."

Ok, I hope to see these things come to fruition also. Especially
the fully reporting part. The Nasdaq thing a definite, but I know
those things get delayed for many reasons. The fully reporting
should be a priority for the company.

4. "We are in numerous negotiations with major distributors and we
could be generating revenue of $5 million before the year is out."
We could be generating revenue in excess of over $150 million in
two years and trading above $10.00.

Ok, it sounds possible. I know nothing about the industry and the
industry doesn't excite me, but I do have some associates who are
well versed in chemistry, biology, and genetics. They believe
that if the company says what they say they have, then this could be
a gold mine.

All of this is sure speculation. No individual should have his/her entire portfolio invested in this stock. I am heavily invested in it because I was fortunate enough to get into it at an early price.

I am gambler, speculator and love to roll the dice. I have hit big in the market playing it that way. I have also lost my AAAA******%$@@@$ doing that type of investing on some stocks.

I am still waiting for the bashers to bring me some factual data, background checks, current litigation on new management.

I am holding and buying on dips til I am convinced otherwise.

Good Luck everyone!
