Just popped in for a minute as I'm back at the house picking up extra sleeping bags for "unexpected" campers. Took a quick look at your naval college post and almost gagged. the last column of that chart in the "how the Navy planners/aka "elite" will know when it (Y2K) is over" says more than they put in the first 5 columns, per segmented population group. thanks for posting that marvelously detailed piece on this long holiday weekend, John. I printed it out and will be stirring up the campsite/campfire this evening.
