blankmind: What the Clintonista's want is for Coke to carry Pepsi on their trucks and put it on their shelves. Can you imagine GM being forced to put Ford's engines in their cars? This case is a media event. Full of sound and fury and signifying nothing. Jackson has put himself in a bind and is praying there will be a settlement to save his judicial bacon. But alas the states are licking their chops thinking that this is another tobacco deal and Boise, well he gets paid by the hour. As for DOJ they have a greater regard for a Chinaman armed with a nuke than American free enterprise. Imagine nasty MSFT kicking poor little old IBM around.
