19 cents is cheap for all that NPEC has going for it. A stock buy back of any kind is always good! As far as the news release goes....It is absolutely great. They obviously are getting ready to announce the sell of some of their licenses. We're talking some great cash flow when this starts. This next week expect NPEC to go into the .30 range fairly fast, maybe even Tuesday. There has been a lot of shares bought in the mid to high teens which should have tightened the float up enough to see such appreciation. I hope everyone has a great holiday! Errick
