Hey Jordex'rs...I have followed Keith and this thread for awhile...your dd intrigues me as well....cash on cash stocks usually do well in the long run...I have not bought yet for two reasons: 1.) Usually it's the acquiree's stock price that benefits the most from any deal...unless of course the acquiror (JDX) gets a big multiple expansion for doing a great deal. 2.) Management...I haven't been able to find out much about Mr. Staudt Ritch (cash waiting!)
