I hope not. NATO would be setting a bad precedent by pouring too much money into reconstruction. I'd like to see some assistance with basics, like electricity and water, but that's about it. And, only after Serbia follows a path to peace and democracy.

I'd hate to see NATO countries pouring money into Yugoslavia's infrastructure while Serbia, instead, is using it's meager resources to rebuild it's military.

John, Bulgaria has to prove itself. To accomplish this leap into the modernisation they have to defend their own in Macedonian war along with Greek and Turkey
