Of course Robert, but there has to be some substance to the complaints. Check SI just yesterday, SEC bs threats on half the boards.

Americans are protected by Amendments, like something about freedom of speech, and up here we have something called the charter of rights or some such thing.

There is a big difference between stating an opinion, and libel, slander, fraud, and imbecilic bashing.

<If ten individual people lodge a complaint to the SEC>

Bullchit - show me where it says 10 individuals, one should do it if there is a serious problem.

SEC, 125 investigators or so, and what, 6 assigned to Internet, SI alone is 28,000+ threads, add in Yahoo, Raging Bull, and a couple dozen others. Last summer SEC were getting 120 complaints a day. From the look of SI these days, it's probably 1200 a day now. SEC says 44,000 a year, but that's old.

Is there a special E-Mail adress where complaints about bashers should be sent?
