Hard Answers on GOCA

Many of you have emailed me with questions regarding GOCA. Lots of people are talking about this stock in many other stock pages. Just to let those of you new know, I am not an insider. Me and many of the folks in the Club bought some GOCA stock a while back and compiled a Research Report on it, clubfatt.com

I will try to answer some q's to the best of my knowledge--

The statement was made that GOCA was trying to use PRs to pump their stock to issue more shares to the public. From GOCA site:

SHARES AUTHORIZED: 20,000,000
SHARES OUTSTANDING: 19,651,509
FREE TRADING STOCK: 5,203,050

What does this mean? They can't issue hardly any more shares w/o shareholder approval and a BOD meeting. So, I don't see any basis for that statement.

Q: What about the other sectors of their business?
A: They have many other sectors/division of the company. We just don't hear about them. I don't know why. 2 of the major ones are in development. One being the Indexus Price Comparison Search Engine. The other being their Banner Ad Network. Both should bring in very nice revs that we haven't even heard of yet.

Q: How long has GoCasino.com been around?
A: Since Sept of 98. Things are just starting.

Q: When do they plan to list (NASDAQ)?
A: Mark told me that they should be up and running with fully reporting status in about less than 30 days..That was a few days ago. They want to be a full NASDAQ stock by summer's end.

Q: What is the float?
A: 5,203,050 -- might be a little higher..this per Dec 1998

Q: What about the Kyle Bill?
A: From Mark G of GOCA- after he read my post to you all a few days ago.
Matt,
The following is a better version.

GoCasino.com is a licensee of GOCA and therefore GOCA is not the operator of
GoCasino.com, but rather processes transcations for the GoCasino.com though
their E-commerce division. The GoCasino.com is housed offshore (not in our
resort in the Dominican Republic but a different offshore jurisdiction) and
is not governed by the laws of the U.S. The Kyl Bill (if it is ever passed)
will punish U.S. online casino operators and GoCasino.com is not based in
the U.S.

Regards,
Mark

I will answer more questions as needed. GOCA has a lot more coming than just this. Keep in mind, they are opening 2 more online casinos, will be doing more advertising (we haven't seen the results of the first round of advertising on the Go2Net homepage for weeks), adding a sportsbook, and much much more!

Also, from a technical standpoint, next week should be very strong. It closed at the high on huge volume. There are no doubt solid investors in this stock, like myself. People have been waiting on this PR..Unlike most stock, people would have sold on the news. People didn't though. This means very solid investing. These people obviously see the same undervaluation that I do. I see an uptrend for a while, with increasing volume and more interest accross the internet.

Look for bashers, shorts, because there might have been some naked shorting Friday on the stock. There aren't many shares out there for sale because of the small volume daily and the small float. THey will try to bring it down, but if buying continues like this, the price will go up, they will have to cover big time and then a surge will happen. Probably by Wed if everything continues!
