Thanks for the link Jubimer. I remember that you posted SFE site previously and I have not had a chance to visit it with any quality time, yet. Breezed over the FAQs and wasn't sure if any offerings had to be one or the other? Couldn't you do an IPO with enough shares for the institutions to be happy and have enough for a mirrored rights offering to shareholders of a certain date of record, even if only 100 shares or so were allocated for each shareholder? thanks again, digger
