I said: "A proper peace will increase Clinton's popularity." You replied: "Do we have proper piece in Haiti, Middle East? What planet do you live in?" Is the situation in Haiti or the Middle East the same as the eventual situation in Yugoslavia? I think not. The sub humans, Slob and Dog Face Milosevic will not have a chance to spend the millions that they have looted from Serbia. They will not live to see July. These incompetent, but evil, maggots are getting too expensive for the Serb military. Each day the unlimited supply of NATO bombs removes more and more of the finite supply of Serb soldiers and equipment. This war is all but over. But, regardless of proper, or not so proper peace, my original statement stands. A peace that brings the Kosovo families back to their homes will boost Clinton's popularity.
