You're up early for a Bay girl. I remember always getting the best seat for brunch because no one else was up yet.

Thanks Melinda and everyone, no no, it happened at 3 in the morning and yours truly drove like a bat-out-of-hell! 6.8 minutes to the emergency room door! Flung open the door, raced to grab a wheelchair, and tore off like I was in the Idy 500 for the elevator. Whoop's left the car running with kids inside....Screamed out to nurse, behind me now, SHUT MY CAR OFF!

Then raced to the fourth floor, helped wife get in bed, asked if there was a doctor on call. Duh, I asked the doctor. He said yes, I'm here. I gave him one of those looks and said, my wife is having a baby NOW! He said, huh, oh, ok and dropped his paperwork. I then raced downstairs to take the kids to a friends house who lives five minutes from the hospital. Dropped the kids, I'm calming down now....drove back to the hospital and the baby was already born! Wife sitting up saying, honey isn't she beautiful!

Whew! Oh yes she is.....

Babies variation in a process can ruin the best laid out quality systems of management. :-)
