If that's the case, then the hope for a new high is very much in doubt. Especially if HJ's
report of DB selling amzn is true. I think there still could be news or expectation for a
rev blowout that could take amzn to 160.

There is no certainty that these bond holders have sold or will sell their shares in the last few days or the near future. The only sure thing is they decided they wanted long shares in place of the bonds. The conversions were done while AMZN was at it lows earlier this week. I may not understand these convertible bonds that well. I do not know the incentive to convert whent he stock is low. It is my understanding the converted shares need not be filed with a 144 when the holders of the shares sell. The shelf filing for the bonds did that in January. I just see more unknowns.
