Tom, one of the concepts I'm trying to get a grip on is momentum. Could you explain it a little more depth. I realize it is a proprietary calculation but can you give me a clue of what goes into it? Is it like a short term relative strength calculation?

With the short term indicators on thier way down, how much of an influence does 'momentum reversing positive' have? I have a couple of stocks that this happened to this week. Does this mean that they are likely to go up or that they are likely to outperform the market? Does the opposite hold true for 'momentum reversing negative'?

I am asking myself these questions after reading the Thursday 'From the Analyst' report where you gave the quiz. The data you presented on momentum I hadn't really seen before and I didn't grasp the meaning of all the numbers. Is there access to momentum data on the site somewhere that I have missed?

The one other thing from that report that I thought was very useful was your "Evidence Tally Sheet". I printed it out, made some copies and will now use this sheet everytime I consider a stock.

With respect to the Tally Sheet, did you list the items in order of priority? Is it possible to give a numerical ranking to each item and a relative degree of importance? Could you even create a flow chart that would lead to a buy, sell or trade based on the various pro's and con's?

Thanks, DaveB

Tom, another quick question with respect to sector bullish percent chart pro/con. Is a sector in bear correction considered pro or con? Same question for bull correction.

Thanks, DaveB
