Glenn, these put warrants (ususally it's calls) are almost always done on a private placement. And this was an offshore transaction. If this is true, it is very easy to understand that there would not be any news on this for an awful long time, if ever.

Additionally, I'm not sure what the reporting requirements are especially depending on who is writing the warrants. If the company wrote them there would be disclosure, but what about a large shareholder? In any event, such a document showing up at the SEC could also take a long time. Simply stated KIS could have info from someone close to the transaction and you are not going to be able to confirm this in print for a long time, if ever.
