COMS competitors /partners/customers Copper Mtn. Networks, CMTN, & Redback Networks, RBAK, had some big upmoves last week. RBAK went up 29 on Friday alone. And both have mkt. caps of over $1 billion. It is my perception that COMS is a dominant player in CMTN & RBAK's industry, digital subscriber lines. But CMTN has a price/sales of 60+, RBAK 220+, and COMS about 1.75. And both CMTN and RBAK are losing money but COMS earned $1.04. What gives?? If you like COMS valuations, CompUSA has a price/sales of .11. Both COMS and CPU seem like value stocks to me. And yet COMS is fluctuating all over the place.
