Well, that is the funny thing, isn't it? Our tobacco policy is all over the road, and I can see the day when contraband cigarettes become available on any street corner.Meanwhile, teenagers, who have been bombarded with anti- smoking messages practically since the cradle, are the largest growth segment. The more hysterical the government gets about "addiction", without being willing to follow the consequences of its assertion and ban traffic in the substance, the more it all seems hypocritical and stupid, another instance of "Reefer Madness"...
