Just had a good conversation with David, IR. We have lots of information coming to us in the near future.

These are my personal views of our conversation. He had said that he is aware of the numerous rumers that are out there, and what he has heard or seen, "spin off", "reverse split" are just that, rumers, and are not planned.

He believes that someone out there is short on NPEC. Nearly 45 Million shares traded in the last 6 days and there are only about 35 Million in the float. These numbers make me tend to agree with him. If this is true and we gap up Tuesday AM we may see a run after that from the shorts covering???

The one thing that was discussed, was that there will be an announcement of an acquisition of an opperating Co. in western Canada which will alow them to become opperational immediatly. This means immediate cash flow, within this market, and an entrance in to the market, and now we are real. This alone will propel the stock price in our interest.

A few other releases are expected in the next few weeks which should make shareholders very happy.

We can expect some interesting announcements to come out of their mining interests, which will help too.

All in all, I wish I would have bought more NPEC last week at those levels, cause now I'll be paying alot more on Tuesday. But all in all I know I'll be happy with my investment here.
