Okay! As you can see I don't know much about Irises. Next fall, I want to plant tulips and next spring I hope I will have the time to plant oriental lilies. This year I put in three and one day lily. Irises are beautiful. I don't know why Ish doesn't like them. Today, they come in all colors. My gold one with orange or tangerine ruffles is a knock out. Also, I haven't seen another one like it. Got a real deal at grocery store. Pony packs of annuals for .99 cents each. There is so much competition in shopping center that you can get good buys.
