He actually looked at my grandmother's house before buying this one. (Another inet mogul ended up in hers). A movie actor purchased our home immediately above. A teardown now being rebuilt from the ground up. Just amazing what's going on there. I remember when my grandmother owned a 1959 Mercedes 300 - there were only 4 in the entire city! My have times changed.
