I can only comment based on my experience with MB Trading. I'm a rookie trader, less than a year. Switched from Waterhouse 2 months ago or so. Have made probably 80 - 100 trades now, and all I can say is WOW! Fast! Never more than 1-5 seconds for a fill AND confirmation. 90% of trades made on ARCA. At limit or better fills. When I've needed to call, which is three times now for minor questions, the phone never rang more than 4 times. And then I got a LIVE broker, not a recording and on hold for 20 minutes. I rate an online brokerage based on performance and support, and so far MB rates an A+ from me. I'm not aware of the things that are being discussed here, but as long as MB's performance remains this superb, I'll continue trading through them. fyi Snerd
