Doug H - **OT Thanks very much for response and article from QCOM thread. Fascinating to see how this all plays out -- who will end up whom in alliances and with what standards / technology are supported.

I'm seeing more comments that CE standard in settop boxes is less than ideal for that modality as well as for wireless. However, if MSFT owns enough of all the companies who use the application, of course, then MSFT will also have some say what how that all works out. That seems to be their strategy, with among others: T, QCOM, NXTL, DISH, etc. Personally, I wish a little more were left to technology and market choices and not "top down" buy-ins but, then, the power of """innovation""" takes many forms of persuasion !!! <<VBG>>

Finally, I'm happy to say I'm also a QCOM shareholder going back to the days when it was considered a value stock with a PE under 20, I believe.

Thanks again -

Regards,

George
